What is your return policy?

What is your return policy? Any product that is unopened within 30 days of the date purchased may return the product. Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be charged and you’re responsible for paying the shipping label back to We do not accept returns for any open products unless the product is damaged or defective.


Can I return a product that has been damaged/defective?

In this case,  yes you may return these products for a refund or online store credit. Please send your invoice number and image to so we can process the return.


Can I return an unopened product?

Yes, you may return an opened product with a 5% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees back to 95 Pro Shop.


How long will refunds take to process?

All refunds will take 3-5 business days after the product has landed back at 95 Pro Shop.


Will I receive a restocking fee for damaged products?

No, any product that is damaged or defective will not be charged a restocking fee.


Can I return a product that has been opened?

In this case, you can only return the product if it is damaged or defective. We do not offer returns on products you do not “like”. In this case, we can offer you a discount code to try another product of your choice. Please send us a message via our contact form.
